Manish Goyal MD & CEO
With 16+ years in the industry, Manish has distinguished himself as a leader in delivering innovative solutions. A graduate from IIT Roorkee in Pulp & Paper Engineering, Manish began his career at Valmet (Metso) before founding Exim Routes in 2013. Through his vision, he has expanded Exim Routes into a global corporation - supplying recycled paper from 25+ markets to 30+ mills globally.

Anshul Bansal Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, United Kingdom
10+ years experience building products, driving strategy and commercial outcomes at Fortune1000 companies. Prior to EXIM, Anshul served as a Commercial Director at Yum Foods for KFC UK&I, and as an Associate Partner at McKinsey helping consumer-facing industries drive growth through digital and analytics across the value chain. He started his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) leading innovation for Tide, Olay and Pampers. He holds a Bachelors and Master’s in Chemical Engineering from India Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD France.

Govind Rai Garg Chief Financial Officer
10+ years experience in finance and accounting across multiple industries and sectors. At EXIM Routes, Govind is responsible for the entire finance function and external investor relations. Prior to EXIM, Govind served as a partner at a chartered accountancy firm, advising private and corporate clients, and worked in Ernst & Young India, specialising in International tax and transfer pricing.

15 years experience in commodity trading - across India, Asia and Europe. At EXIM, Pallav is involved in all facets of our trading business - buying and selling - as well as new business development. Pallav started his career in metals trading, setting up and running a multi-million dollar business out of India.

Yogesh Pratap Shishodia Chief Operating Officer, Singapore
A distinguished IIT alumnus, Yogesh has 15+ years experience in planning, supply chain & operations. At EXIM, Yogesh is responsible for handling the South-East Asia business - buy and sell side - as well as setting up global operations. Prior to EXIM, Yogesh had stints at Zilingo and Zalora in various roles across supply chain, sourcing and operations. Yogesh holds a Bachelors in Pulp & Paper Technology from India Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA from MDI Gurgaon.

15+ years experience in building & leading products and tech-enabled businesses across the globe. Prior to EXIM, Saurabh spent almost a decade at Amazon in various capacities to lead, incubate, build and scale multiple products including Dash Cart, Alexa Communications, and Prime Video. Before Amazon, Saurabh spent 5 years leading and consulting on technology strategy and system integrations for various public health sector clients with Deloitte. Saurabh holds a Bachelors in Pulp & Paper Technology from India Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA from Ross Business School Michigan.
